allright fellas...
i'm not digging the scary/depressing movie nights. i mean it's always fun stuff, but the cinemas are lame. the grudge was just plain freaky. i hate scary movies that involve water and bathrooms etc... (speaking of which, i don't think i'll be seeing 'dark water') so during the movie when i had to take Sugar outside, i was SOO afraid that a huge, distorted, black face would jump out in front of me! then in the middle of the movie, half the party ditches us, and nathan, thomas, & i are left to fend for ourselves. sorry i would explain more of the freaky parts, but i can't even reflect on it without getting chills, sooo bottom line, I hAtE sCaRy MoViEs!! but yea, this morning, as i was taking my shower, i kept imagining a stupid blue arm coming out of my head....ahhhhhh!! it sucked.
million dollar baby was actually pretty good though. i just wish clint had gotten together with his daughter in the end. the whole movie was going strong; i just felt like the producers wimped out on the end. i mean, it dragged on & on for 2 hours & 14 minutes, and the last 5 ruined the whole thing for me. final impressions are everything in a movie. dramas that end sad should not be made. either throw a 'happily ever after' on the end, or give it up and make a comedy! so frusterating. i think i'll need to watch a lot of comedies like dumb & dumber, napoleon, mk & ashley (that kind of thing) to shove all of that other scary/depressing crap out of my head...
well i hope to see you all at sunday school tomorrow!! & the SKI TRIP MEETING!! wOoOoOhOo!

well staci.. i guess the only thing to tell you is that you need to quit being a bad movie hater. i mean seriously, how are you going to blame a bad movie on the producer? they are doing what they enjoy, and what thy find fulfilling. take Gail Wynand for instance, in the first few chapters of section 4 the reader is to feel sorry for the guy with his messed up past... ok, i absolutely hate english and the T doesnt help that at all, if she doesnt in turn encourage me to hate it. so much passion for that subject. i still need to see the rest of the Grudge tho, and i really enjoyed million dolla baby, even though the part with his daughter really shouldnt have been a subplot if it wasnt going to have ne ramifications by the end of the movie. that did get me a little T.O.'d but you know how it goes. til the morrow. what?! the whole sub plot with his daughter was the driving force in his relationship with Maggie. She became his daughter because his real one didn't want him. If the daughter was that hard-hearted, i don;t think any of us really wanted her t oget the privilege of having Frank as her dad. She didn't earn it.
For the safety of our good friend Thomas i would like to stress that the T i spoke of was not him, just someone with the same last name as his first. sorry if there was any confusion.
i admit, i was momentarily confused andrew, but seeing how i definitely don't teach your English class, i figured it was someone else :).
**I AM NOT ANDREW**
